Underground park in NY? Sounds good to me. I was so impressed by Chelsea’s high line in NY this past visit and I am really stoked about this low line concept. It should be just as good or even better. The designers are James Ramsey and Dan Barasch. They are hoping to convert the unused trolley terminal underneath Delancey Street.
